How to manage your offline VM and instance options in Performance Cloud?

1. Log into the WAP.
2. Click on the Virtual Machines tab.
Manage a Standalone Virtual Machine
3. Click on the VM and then click on the Dashboard tab. Click on Stop.
4. Click on Yes.
5. Click on the Configure tab and then Save, Discard, Attach or Detach devices. You can also edit the size of the machine from the dropdown menu.
6. When the operation is completed, go back to the Dashboard tab and click on Start.
7. Click on Yes
Manage a VM role instance
A Virtual Machine Role is like a template for your instances, which are like standalone VMs. Changing a role will not change existing instances, however. You will need to modify instances directly once they are created.
8. Click on a VM Role. Click on the Instances tab and then click on the instance you wish to manage.
9. Click on Stop.
10. Click on Yes.
11. Click on the Configure tab and then Save, Discard, Attach or Detach devices. You can also edit the size of the machine from the dropdown menu.
12. When the operation is completed, go back to the Dashboard tab and click on Start.
13. Click on Yes.
