How can I disable or pause backup for one or more services for one or more users?

The SaaS backup or a Partner Portal user with an admin, tech, or full-access role must open a ticket with the XcellHost Support Team for your request.

For Partners

Please include the following in your ticket:

  • Account name exactly as it appears on the SaaS Backup Status page.
  • Services that need to be disabled (Mail, Drive, etc.).
  • Users that you wish to pause backups for.
  • Back up all users or submit a CSV file with a list of specific users and their email addresses.

For Customers

Please include the following in your ticket:

  • Domain Name exactly as it appears on the SaaS Backup Status page.
  • Services that you need to be disabled (Mail, Drive, etc.).
  • Users that you wish to pause backups for.
  • Back up all users or submit a CSV file with a list of specific users and their email addresses.

If you need to enable services again, you will need to submit another ticket with the XcellHost Support Team. Currently, there are no options to have services automatically re-enable. We will need another ticket.
